Friday Finds! Great Books I've Heard About

Today I'm participating in Friday Finds, hosted by Should Be Reading.

"What great books did you hear about/discover this past week? Share with us your FRIDAY FINDS!"

Here are a few that I've been told about or have come to my attention that are going on my to-read list. If you've read any of them, let me know what you thought of them!

The Girl in the Gatehouse, by Julie Klassen

Tapestry of Love, by Rosy Thornton

To Say Nothing of the Dog, by Connie Willis

Lark Rise to Candleford, by Flora Thompson

  3. Tapestry of Love and To Say Nothing of the Dog both look like really interesting reads.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting on the Mary Higgins Clark/Carol Higgins Clark video. I am a big fan of Carol Higgins Clark. I find her writing entertaining with a splash of humour. Her mother's writing is excellent but is sometimes rather dark for me. Santa Cruise is a good example of their combined writing, if you are interested.

    I am a new follower!

  5. I haven't read Lark Rise, but I've seen the series. WONDERFUL, you'll love the book. I want to read the books too, but I'm waiting and praying it will come in ebook format at some point.
